These new dense residential blocks along the railway line in Raholanharju consist of pleasant courtyard blocks close to the services and the train stop in the Tesoma neighbourhood. A total of 74 pleasant and new A-Kruunu rental apartments will be built in the Raholanharju area in Tampere. They will be completed in two stages in summer and autumn 2025. The rental homes on Pesukatu street are located in a dense courtyard block. From the Tesoma train stop, you can reach the centre of Tampere in only 10 minutes. The new residential block will be built in place of a former industrial area, near the idyllic and traditional Rahola neighbourhood with plenty of detached houses. 

The Tampereen Pesukatu housing location consists of two apartment buildings The first one is being built at the address Pesukatu 24 and will include 34 dwellings from studios to practical family homes with 4 rooms and a kitchenette. The second building, at Pesukatu 14, will have 40 dwellings, from studios to family homes, including homes with 5 rooms and a kitchenette. There will be 7 floors in the Pesukatu 14 building, 8 floors in the Pesukatu 24 building.

The topmost floor of both residential buildings will be equipped with shared sauna facilities and laundry facilities plus a club room.

Parking will take place at ground level and in the carports on the block parking lot. The buildings will have a shared courtyard with playgrounds. Residents can store their bicycles in a shared outdoor building with bicycle maintenance facilities.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the homes, on the balconies and in the property’s shared facilities and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are calculated according to the volume used. Pets are welcome.
