The versatile services and excellent transport connections in the developing area enable the smooth running of everyday life. From here, you can effortlessly get to work and head downtown to run errands or enjoy your free time. Trams and commuter buses stop practically around the corner, and the Pasila railway station is roughly a five-minute walk away. The versatile services of Pasila, including Mall of Tripla, one of the largest shopping centres in the Nordic countries, and the wooded, nearly ten-kilometre-long Central Park are also at a walking distance. The construction of the comprehensive school and day-care centre on Tulistimenkatu is expected to complete in summer 2025.

There were a large number of applicants for our previously completed sites at Pasilankatu, and Tulistimenkatu 10 will respond to the public interest and housing needs in the area.
There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are based on consumption. Pets are welcome

We will be in contact with the recipients of the housing offer by e-mail no later than 15 January 2025. We are in contact only with those applicants for whom we are able to provide housing. Unfortunately we are not able to respond to enquiries about the application situation during the resident selection period.
