The residents' website is a service for residents, where you can conveniently take care of matters related to housing, regardless of the day or time of day.
On the residents' website, you can, for example, view your lease agreement and rent payment information, view your property information and read bulletins, contact the landlord, and report a fault report to property maintenance.
You can log in to the service when your rental agreement begins. You log in to the resident website with an email address. If you want to use the resident website, you must have a working email. If your e-mail address has changed, or you are unsure which e-mail address you have given to A-Kruunu, you can inform your e-mail address to our customer service at vuokraus@a-kruunu.fi.
When you log in to the service for the first time, log in with your online banking details or mobile ID.
