We are building 45 new, pleasant rental apartments in the Hangonsilta neighbourhood in the centre of Hyvinkää. When the area of the former Hanko railway yard is ready, Hangonsilta will unify the urban structure of Hyvinkää.

Uraniankatu 28 in Hyvinkää is an apartment building with two stairwells and five floors. A-Kruunu's rental apartments range in size from 36 m² to 85.5 m², with apartment types ranging from 1 room + kitchenette to 4 rooms + kitchen. All of the apartments have glazed balconies. The building will have shared laundry facilities, sauna facilities and a club room. The building is energy class A and will have solar panels on the roof.

The heart of the Hangonsilta neighbourhood is the Kipinä building, which was completed in 2020. Kipinä houses Hyvinkää General Upper Secondary School and Hyvinkään Opisto adult education centre. Kipinä also serves as a shared space for all residents and a venue for events and celebrations.
 
The accessible and impressive-looking Vanhankirkonsilta bridge across the Hanko railway opened for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in 2021. The bridge structures contain corten steel, which will blend into the railway environment over time. Vanhankirkonsilta bridge is an essential part of the area, and it provides access and a shorter walking and cycling distance to the city centre’s diverse services.

In Hangonsilta, special attention is paid to sustainable mobility, smooth walking and cycling, and the accessibility of green areas. Buses also run on both sides of the neighbourhood, which also contributes to improving the city's comfort and wellbeing.

Hyvinkää is a part of the Helsinki commuting area, and a journey to the centre of Helsinki takes less than an hour by local train, bus or car.

Smoking is not allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are based on consumption. Pets are welcome.
