Adaptable apartments

An adaptability concept was developed in connection with the designing of the Verkkosaari site. The concept enables the apartments to be divided into smaller ones or connected to form larger apartments when an extensive building services renovation is being carried out. This ensures that the apartments remain competitive well into the future and extends the life cycle of the building. Read more (FI)
