Twenty-five new, comfortable rental apartments will be built to the Lamminpää area in Tampere. The new Naulatehdas residential area emerges next to the traditional Lamminpää single-family house area, a former small-scale industrial area. Lamminpää is located west of Tampere, it has excellent transport connections and services, and the versatile Teivo outdoor and sports facilities are right next door.

Lamminpää has its own grocery store, daycare centre and primary school. More leisure activities and more extensive services are available in Lielahti. The nearby Vaasantie road takes you quickly to the centre of Tampere and towards Ylöjärvi.

The Lamminpää area is characterised by large single-family house yards with flowers, nice parks and good hiking terrain. Thanks to the efficient cycling and bus connections, your home is well connected to the services in the centre of Tampere and Lielahti, also by car.

The Tohloppi outdoor recreation area is located a short distance away, including a beach, skating rink, hiking trails, field landscapes and heritage forest.

The apartments have apartment-specific energy-efficient ventilation units and windows. Overheating through windows is prevented by the selective membrane on the windows in the directions that produce the most heat.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies, as well as in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are based on consumption. Pets are welcome.
