The Niemenranta area in Tampere will be the site of 46 comfortable new rental apartments. The Niemenranta area combines good connections, nature and the magnificent waters of Lake Näsijärvi. A daycare centre and local shop are within walking distance. A wider variety of commercial services and a school are located a short distance away in Lielahti.  

Lielahti also offers plenty of recreational opportunities, track and field facilities, a sports field and a beach volleyball court, which transforms into a skating area and ice hockey rink in the winter.

The shoreline trail and lush park and outdoor recreation areas of Lake Näsijärvi attract people to exercise or enjoy picnics, and the nearby small boat harbour provide great opportunities for boating. The area is also home to Niemen kartano manor, a valuable cultural-historical site that dates back to 1840. Signs of the former industrial history of Niemenranta are evident in the red brick buildings, which gradually fade to lighter tones as they get closer to the lake shore. 

Tampereen Reuharinviitta 2 and 4 consist of a single apartment building with 6 floors and a total of 46 apartments. A-Kruunu's rental apartments range in size from 33.5 m² to 83 m², with apartment types ranging from 1 room + kitchenette + alcove to 4 rooms + kitchen. All of the apartments have a glazed balcony. Solar panels will be installed in the property. The four housing companies in the block will have access to a shared yard area, and the company's parking spaces will be located in a separate joint parking company facility.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies or in the property’s shared spaces and outdoor areas. The rent includes a Telia broadband connection (10 Mbit/s). Water bills are based on consumption. Pets are welcome.
